Step One - Remove old materials as needed.
Step Two - Extend old rafter feet if needed, to ensure solid fix on to good wood.
Step Three - Install Heavy Duty uPVC Fascias & Soffits.
Step Four - Install hard-lipped bead to channel the water. Fit a Bird Stop to close
off access in to the eaves. Install a Ventilation strip.
Step Five - Install new guttering & down-pipes. Final checks, clean site, taking
away old wood, guttering, etc.
Day 1 - The new fascias & soffits are installed on two sides of the property.
Day 2 - Install fascias & soffits on the front and rear of the property.
Day 3 - Finish installation on lower levels. Testing the new installations and cleaning.
